Are your stocks food-safe?

All our paper and board stocks are food-contact compliant under EU regulation 1935/2004 and Turkish Food Codex. For direct-contact applications (e.g. inside surfaces touching unwrapped chocolate) we use food-grade SBS or barrier-coated papers — specify at quote time.

What's the minimum order for chocolate packaging?

There is no minimum. Short runs of 50–100 units are accepted; volume discounts step at 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500 units. Custom dies and finishes carry a one-off setup cost regardless of run size.

How long does chocolate packaging take to produce?

Standard turnaround is a minimum of 12 business days from artwork approval. Rigid boxes with embossing or hot foil add 2–4 days; magnetic-closure assortment boxes 4–6 days. Rush production is available on most formats.

The current trend favours soft-touch matte bodies with selective finishing rather than full-bleed gloss. Our most-requested combinations:

Soft-touch matte lamination — the velvet-feel default for premium chocolate.
Hot foil stamping — gold, silver, rose gold for logos and accent text.
Spot UV — raised gloss patterns on soft-touch bodies, especially effective on praline-tray lids.
Blind embossing & debossing — sculpted paper, no ink. Used for monograms.
Window die-cuts — clean, precise openings with optional PET window film.

Standard stocks: SBS 300–400gsm for folding cartons; coated greyboard 1500–2500gsm wrapped in art paper for rigid boxes; coated kraft for botanical / single-origin bar sleeves.
