What we collect
When you request a quote, create an account, or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone (if given), company, and any artwork or files you upload. We also collect standard server logs (IP, user-agent) for security.
How we use it
Solely to reply to your enquiry, deliver printed work, send receipts, and keep the site running. We don't sell data, run behavioural ads, or share with third parties except the processors listed below.
Processors we rely on
- Supabase — database and file storage.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — hosting and CDN.
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookie-less page-view analytics (if enabled).
Cookies
We use minimal, strictly-necessary cookies for the shopping-quote drawer (saved locally in your browser) and authentication (if you sign in). No tracking or advertising cookies.
Data retention
Quote requests and account data are retained until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
