What's the minimum order for perfume packaging?

There is no minimum. Short runs of 50–100 units cost more per unit than 500+ runs, but we accept any quantity. Volume discounts begin at 250 units and step at 500, 1,000 and 2,500.

Can you match my brand's exact Pantone colour?

Yes. Our presses are G7 calibrated and we hit Pantone matches within 2 ΔE on coated stocks. Send the PMS reference (e.g. PMS 877 C metallic) at quote time and we'll proof against it before press.

How long does perfume packaging take to produce?

Standard production runs a minimum of 12 business days from artwork approval. Rigid boxes with multiple finishes can extend to 18–22 business days. Rush production is available on most lines for an added surcharge.

Rigid boxes — two-piece "shoulder & neck" boxes wrapped in printed paper over greyboard. Used for premium 50–200ml fragrances and gift sets.
Magnetic drawer boxes — magnetic-closure outer with sliding inner tray. Velvet flock or printed paper interiors.

Hot foil stamping in gold, silver, rose gold, copper, holographic — applied to logos, monograms and accent typography. The reflective surface signals luxury immediately.
Spot UV on a soft-touch matte body — creates a tactile raised effect that catches light at angles. Excellent for brand patterns and "invisible" logos that only appear in the right light.
Soft-touch matte lamination — the velvet-feel surface that's now the default expectation in premium fragrance. Pairs with foil and spot UV beautifully.
Blind embossing — raised paper sculpture, no ink. Used for monograms and brand marks where the discovery moment should be tactile rather than visual.
Edge gilding (rigid boxes only) — gold or silver paint applied to the box edges. Adds the "jewellery box" cue at a small cost.

SBS (Solid Bleached Sulphate) — the white-coated standard for folding cartons, 300–400gsm.
Coated greyboard wrapped in printed art paper — the construction used for rigid boxes, 1500–2500gsm.
Coated kraft — natural-fibre look for botanical and organic fragrance brands.
Specialty papers — textured, metallic, embossed-pattern stocks from Italian and German mills, available on request.
