Terms of Service

By browsing this site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. You may use the site for your own personal or business purposes. You may not scrape, reuse our photos, or copy the catalogue design for a competing service.

Quotes are non-binding estimates valid for 30 days from issue. Final pricing is confirmed on order approval. Quantities, finishes, and turnaround may change if artwork requires adjustments or stocks become unavailable.

You keep full rights to artwork you send us. We use it only to produce your order and, unless you opt out, to show finished work as samples. Send us a note if you'd prefer we don't feature your job publicly.

Offset and digital printing have standard industry tolerances (colour shift up to 5%, cut variance up to 1mm, registration up to 0.3mm). We'll reprint at our cost if a defect exceeds these norms.

Payment terms are a 70% downpayment to begin production, with the remaining 30% due when you claim your order or right before shipping. Orders are non-refundable once on press, since bespoke print can't be resold. Reach out immediately if you need to cancel before production starts.

Our liability for any job is capped at the invoiced value for that job. We're not liable for indirect losses (missed launches, lost revenue, etc.).

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes go to the courts of Istanbul.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced via email to active customers.
