The GCC is one of the most regulated cosmetic markets in the world. Saudi Arabia (SFDA), UAE (Dubai Municipality DCD), and the broader GSO standards all require specific information on the packaging — Arabic + English ingredient list, batch number, manufacturing date, country of origin, importer details and warnings.
Our role: print exactly what you supply, accurately and in the right typographic register. Your team is responsible for the regulatory content. During prepress review we flag obvious layout issues — text below legibility threshold, mandatory information missing from the dieline, ingredient lists that overflow — but we don't verify regulatory accuracy. Many of our cosmetic clients work with a Saudi/UAE-based regulatory consultant on the artwork before sending it to us.
